As the founder of GMR Services, Bryan Clark has over 65 years of experience in the construction industry. The origin of the company can be traced back to a small family business started by Bryan and his father, George Clark. Initially focusing on residential construction and remodeling, the company soon expanded to include commercial work, as well. From large scale remodeling to new house development, Bryan has participated in, oversaw, or developed projects for a range of clientele, from large corporations to government entities to the single homeowner. Bringing a wealth and abundance of knowledge to the company, Bryan combines old school knowledge with emerging construction technologies. In his spare time, Bryan loves fishing and is an avid WWII movie buff.

Rodney Clark has over 35 years of experience in the housing and commercial construction industry. Covering a wide range of projects from design to build to remodel and additions, Rodney’s knowledge enables a versatility between industries that allows our company to bridge deficiencies often overlooked by large companies. From residential construction and remodeling to commercial interior design, retail mall demo and construction, hotel design and turnover, he is often sought out to help solve any issues that may arise on the site. In addition to site work, Rodney’s experience with contract conception, buyouts, and scheduling helps translate what is on the page to what is built. In his down time, Rodney enjoys hunting, competition shooting, and spending time with his family.

Randall Clark brings over 20 years of experience in data management solutions to our company. Beginning his career as a technical writer, Randall soon found deficiencies between the written page, the spreadsheet data, financial data, and the job site. Through data management solutions, he soon found a way to bring together the separate pieces of work being performed that allowed a macro and micro view of the overall progress. This led into forecasting and developing new ways of grouping, viewing, and editing job data that provided a tool for budgetary forecasting, asset tracking, and replacement reserves. In his spare time, he enjoys music (as a listener and a musician), TV, movies, and literature.

Our Project Specialist, Joe Decker has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. With an Associate of Science degree from Vincennes University, as well as numerous certifications including EPA Universal Refrigerant and NATE. Joe’s knowledge of bidding, designing, build estimating, and working with contractors, engineers, and architects helps our projects from the initial design through commissioning to the completion of the project. Not to be limited to the HVAC industry, he also has experience in the commercial electrical and plumbing industries.
